Music Therapy

Music can be healing in many different ways and have been used over centuries in happy and sad times. Using various sound vibrations an individual can help in balancing their chakras ( energy centres) in the body and can at times also focus on them to heal themselves of illnesses. Humming and chanting can also aid in feeling more positive and calm along with devotional songs that help in healing the heart. Communication can be made between two individuals who have a disability and are unable to communicate emotions using words and sounds through different musical instruments. The vibration of certain gongs and bells used during the sessions are also pleasing and enjoyable for peace of mind. Music is the essential sound of the universe that we need to tap into to feel whole.
